Not all equipment is covered by a warranty or maintenance agreement, so companies often find themselves with faulty equipment that has no warranty and no one to help fix it. Unless the equipment can be fixed it becomes useless and redundant, forcing you to either order a replacement system or to place additional stress on the remaining working equipment. DDRC can help you avoid the unnecessary route of throwing equipment away by supplying you with the parts you need to fix the fault. Depending on the level of technical expertise on your site, we can either supply you with the replacement part for you to replace yourselves on site or we can collect and return your equipment for on site repair. It is true that most equipment can be repaired, and at DDRC we hold 100,000's of spare parts in stock for all types of IT equipment. Sometimes older equipment is simply too valuable and integrated into the existing system to be removed or replaced, although at other times a repair is simply not cost effective and required, our representatives should be able to assist in helping you decide the best route of action for your requirements.
