Maintenance
Maintenance Services deliver remote, on-site and hardware and software only services to proactively maintain your systems, and achieve rapid restoration of your equipment to operational levels in the event of failure. Often companies simply do not have the resources to commit to employing an IT person to look after their company’s network and systems. DDRC provide you with access to IT professionals who can solve your IT problems before they do any damage to your business. DDRC are able to provide maintenance coverage to almost all businesses across the UK, and operates several levels of service according to your requirements. There are 4 levels of service:

Service Level 1
Platinum Service
• Access to HelpDesk and Engineers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• 4Hr same day on site response.
• Callback within 20 mins of a problem being reported.
• (Optional) Replacement of fault parts/complete system within 4 hours of a fault being reported.

Service Level 2
Diamond Service
• Access to HelpDesk and Engineers 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
• 4Hr same day on site response.
• Callback within 30 mins of a problem being reported.
• (Optional) Replacement of fault parts/complete system within 4 hours of a fault being reported.

Service Level 3
Gold Service
• Access to HelpDesk and Engineers 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
• 8Hr same day on site response.
• Callback within 60 mins of a problem being reported.
• (Optional) Replacement of fault parts/complete system within 4 hours of a fault being reported.

Service Level 4
Silver Service
• Access to HelpDesk and Engineers 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
• 24Hr same day off site response.
• Callback within 90 mins of a problem being reported.

DDRC can also provide Software maintenance and help desk support for most of your software environments and platforms. We offer basic and advanced support and configuration assistance both on site and off site and offer on site software training so your staff gets the best out of their IT resources.
